Ms. Erika Sanchez is an excellent employee. She is the epitome of professionalism, care and kindness. She not only helped us, she was extremely nice and accommodating. I have not seen anyone in the service industry (car rental, or else) that is as nice, kind, efficient and competent. I highly recommend this location because of what she did for us.
