U-Haul at Elm St

The lady who helped us was amazing. Had great experience with her she's really great worker...she was really good with my son who doesn't like waiting long he's special needs n she was amazing with him ?

Service is great at this location, but the parking lot is extremely crowded and you have to leave your vehicle on the street.

Equipment great , customer service not good. Lack of knowledge of thier Equipment location is really Bad.

I love, love, love this U-Haul dream team! From soup to nuts, they took such great care of me, to successfully move my 89-year-old mom from nearby the Canadian border. And I ended up with a brand-new cargo van with only 400 miles on it! I was so thankful, but a bit freaked out about returning it just a nice as when I picked it up. I purchased a package of blankets, three that I carefully laid in the van bed. And I put some underpads (from when my furbaby was sick) on the floor of the front driver and passenger sides of the van. I was raised to be respectful, and I love to leave people happier than when we first met. Thank you soooo much Emily and everyone at Waterville U-Haul. You rock! And we'll be booking another appointment in the next couple of weeks to finish what we started!! :-)
