Only one person working on Saturday morning pickup. I had a reservation and waited 20 minutes for them to finish with the 1st person. Return was excellent!

Despite corporate issues with Uhaul, a company is only as good as their employees, and Emily and Adam of Waterville are exceptional. I had to make several trips to this location for several reasons over the past year. Every time I see these two they are working hard, helping people, remaining polite, all at the same time, no matter when I've come in. I highly recommend Uhaul Corporate promote them or give them a raise. These are employees you want to have stick around.

If I could give no star I would. We’ve been trying for days to get a hitch put on my car. When we call Waterville’s store we get corporate. And the store manager hasn’t called us back. They are very rude and have no respect for their customers. Store should be closed.

We were in the area from Wisconsin on a trip, and my husband’s power wheelchair carrier broke. It was after a significant snowstorm as well. The young man working went above and beyond to get us a trailer that’d get the wheelchair home, and was so kind and helpful. I am beyond grateful for the help and service we received, it made a horrible situation so much better!
