It was a flawless rental experience.

I have been a long term customer and have used Uhaul and this location many times. The young man who helped me started out the transaction by asking me for an emergency contact. I know this is part of the process. He was also asking for more infomation that was already in my scheduled appointment. He then proceeded to call the emergency contact and offer information that he did not ask my permission to do. I asked him why he was calling the contact number. He said he had to. I stated to him that we have never done that before. We are a local company in Visalia. I was in my company truck and I gave him the company number as the emergency contact. I told him not to ever do that to a customer. I am waiting while he is on the phone with this awkard conversation telling someone not involved with the actual rental what I was doing. It was ridiculos and uncalled for. I am a part owner of the company. I needed a trailer rental the next day, so I went and paid more for a trailer from United Rentals, rather than go back to that treatment. I asked him, what would have happened if no one answered the phone, he stated it would have been up to him to rent me the equipment.

You need to let him go.

Online booking was fairly user friendly. Drop down menu, where I usually find FAQs, would only flash for a fraction of a second leaving it inaccessable. I wound up calling customer service; Yesenia was polite, professional and helpful. Physical location was easily accessible, clean and well stocked and personel at the location met our expectations of being polite, professional and helpful.

Shout out to Donovan! I gave my daughter a ride to drop off the uhaul and while i was parked in the parking lot he noticed one of my tires super low and had me pull in more to put air in it for me! He checked all 4 tires. I thought that was pretty cool of him to offer
