DO NOT GET AN AUTO TRANSPORT INSTALLED HERE. THEY WILL REFUSE TO INSTALL YOUR CAR ONTO THE AUTO TRANSPORT AND SEND YOU TO THE TONAWANDA LOCATION.

The unprofessional and incompetent staff here is absolutely atrocious! They caused so many delays and cost me so much money in hotels, and Uber rides because my entire schedule was thrown off because of them (uhaul, Amherst & Tonawanda locations). Moving across the country is stressful enough but the staff at these location just don’t give a damn! I wouldn’t recommend these locations to my worst enemy! If you have a tight schedule and value your time and money..book elsewhere!
