U-Haul at Snow Rd

Night and day difference compared to the U-Haul on Tiedman with terrible management. The worker up here Derrick helped me right away and everything went the way it should have in like with Matthew at the other location thank you Derrick!

Drove 45 minutes after calling to confirm availability of my trailer hitch. Informed clerk, Jason, that I was getting cash for payment and would be on my way. Upon arrival, angrily greeted, and swore at about my form of payment. Called the general manager and was able to have him call the store and get my transaction completed. Jason, whatever you were angry about wasn't my fault. Customer service doesn't allow 'venting' on the customers!!! Pending a world emergency, I would give else where!!!
