Told could do credit card by phone. When picking up truck was told in person only

I rented from them Monday night, as I was driving I get a call from my son who ended up behind me and he tells me there is only 1 tail light on the van, I call the company and they agreed that it was unsafe and should've never been rented out. They advised me to speak to the manager Derrick the next day, which I tried to do, yet he kept ignoring my calls and wouldn't call back. 2 days later I get in touch with the gm Scott and he's just as bad blaming me for their tail light being out, the text messages I received from him were atrocious, disrespectful and disgusting and then HE CHARGED MY CARD ANYWAY after I told him I was disputing the charges with his company, he still refuses to file the dispute. Never again will I rent from this store they are rude, disgusting, and crooked.. the photo is kind of bluring because the only way to get the photo was while I was driving
