Get employees that really want and try to help the customers, I went to return few minutes before closing and she refused to get the return and made me use the app,she even told me that she wasn't know where the key supposed to be drop when was in the door she was holding up open,she was the most negative employee I ever cross with,don't hurt much to answer a question to a customer or to a person in general, is many ppls that want to work and make customers happy

When picking up our trailer, we looked up the type of hitch we needed. Online, it said 2' or 1-7/8' ball. The ball we had was 1-7/8' and the employee would not hook it up for us. He made us buy a new hitch from the location. Then he also made us buy the attachment for lights which is understandable. I informed him about the website showing 1-7/8' being acceptable and he said 'things change, sorry'. I don't feel as if we should have had to pay for this hitch as we had one that likely would have worked and didn't need it. Unfortunately we needed to do what he said because we were stuck.
Secondly, when talking to the woman at the counter, she informed me that we can just drop off the trailer using the app after hours as long as it came back before the next business day. I had it marked for 6pm return but she didn't mention an extra charge if dropping it off after hours. Then I was changed for an extra day. Please feel free to check video/audio footage for this. The employees were very careless with our money and the information given to us was incorrect. I feel quite ripped off. I feel as if they're taught to do this sort of thing to turn a $45 sale into a $100+ sale. Just not good business. I won't be back.

Horrible business. I called 12 times in order for someone to pick up the phone. I called them to let them know we would be there at 7:01 since they close at 7 to see if they could wait and he was extremely rude and said no. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Take your business somewhere else. Very unpleasant experience and awful customer service.

Just because I used One of your trucks to move does not grant you permission to contact me via email or text to ask how my experience was once our eight hour business agreement has concluded. You should get prior authorization from your customer on if they are permitted to contact you and ask for a quick quick survey. I would not have consented to allowing you to contact me. I do not mean to come down so hard on you, but companies do this crap all of the time and then the next thing you know, they are trying to send you more offers or they flood your inbox
