U-Haul at Snow Rd

Our Reserved truck was clean and waiting on our arrival. Due to getting started late we needed to return the truck the next day, called the 1-800 line to request a change in the drop off time. It was not an issue. I would use again

Great customer service. The U-Haul team was very helpful and knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

the customer service was poor. made to feel like I was bothering the young man at the counter. He was slouched back in his chair on his phone when I walked in and barking orders to his co-worker to handle returns. during the online check in I was never told I needed to bring my insurance cards with me to pick up the rental. If you needed proof of insurance your system should require it to be scanned in when I upload photos on my driver's license. and when I told the young man that your corporate FAQ does not require insurance to rent vehicles, he said it was HIS store's policy. I don't think individual stores should be allowed to make up their own rules to rent.

The staff at the location did a fantastic job, the computer system was having issues. The two men there remained composed and found a way to get everything taken care of.
