Inform customers to properly inspect the truck before taking off the lot. Something small that is damaged may spark an investigation. I was not given a receipt of the whole amount. I am still being charged with no apparent reason because I have no receipt to reason for the extra charges. We did not run the vehicle for the amount of miles listed and still charged me for the whole amount. The employees who were working were rude and were not properly trained on what procedures should be taken upon return and what proper customer service is. Upon returning the vehicle, we were given two different contradicting information. I say this because we warned them of a small issue we noticed when filling up because the truck barely had any gas in it and the person that we turned in the key stated to not worry about it, few moments later they call the second number on the account and questioned if the person that was under the reservation was ever the one that rented the vehicle and stated they have called me multiple times with no answer when I have not gotten any calls. And there was an unknown phone number attached to my account that I had never place on there. Go to another U-Haul, save you the headache.

Heads up Schofield highly recommend this being your last option if your planning on saving money.

Idk if they are running a scam or don’t know what they are doing. I rented a pick up from them, was told I was going to get reimbursed for the miles not used, and expected to pay 50 dollars for the miles I was going to use. Ended up using 47 miles, and I guess they will charge you 1.50 if you don’t use the 100 miles that are charged at 99 dollars.

They also wanted to charge me 9 dollars returning the truck at “7/8” when I retuned it filled up, after they gave it to me at actually 7/8.

(They quickly changed the recipe, to make it still charge at same price just 3 dollars less so I guess I won’t argue. Which I also didn’t get and updated recipe until I asked for it, was told I was going to get a call back from the manager never did.)

They can keep my money but they can also keep this bad review. If they are keeping 20 dollars from me image how much they will get from 50-100 people.

Very warm and welcoming staff and pristine equipment. They were extremely expedient and efficient. Definitely using their services again, we were equipped with everything we needed and in and out to continue with our transport and moving plans. Great location, easily accessible! ?? ???
