U-Haul Moving & Storage at Airport

I have rented multiple vehicles from this location and I have never been more pleased with a specific location itself. The people working, men and women are amazing and every time I come in they treat me like gold! They don't know me from anyone else but they have awesome customer service skills and I will recommend this particular location to anyone who needs a rental!!!

I rent from Uhaul a great deal for work, and after visiting so many locations, this place definitely should be the Uhaul business model nationally. Very nice layout. Thanks for a pleasant experience.

Called Uhaul in Moon to ask questions about installing a hitch for a 2019 Toyota Highlander. Talked with Service Representative Dave. Asked if i should buy supplies for hitch online and if they would install it if i did that.
He matched their price and we set appt a week out.
When I arrived Service Representative Tiffany had paperwork all ready to sign and took car back while i sat and waited. Brought things to work on bc I figured it would take awhile, 20 minutes later my car was done !! I asked if i needed a cover for the hitch opening and Dave gave me a deal on it!! Tiffany gave me a paper Uhaul piggy bank too, lol!!
Dave also took the time to explain, i need to practice working on hooking up & taking trailer off and practicing driving & parking a bit before I will comfortable .
This is all a new experience For me and I feel that if I have any questions I know I can call them !!

The truck I rented did not have a way to prop the seat up. One of the workers gave me a pillow to sit on. This was probably the best experience I've ever had at a uhaul location.
