We to the site to pick up truck. Was told they don't do U- Haul rentals. Had to do to Barksdale location to get the rental eventhough I had a reservation at Shreveport - Barksdale location. Secure Storage.

I ask the clerk was this their telephone number on my reservation. She stated no.

I called the number and her phone ringed. I got upset and went to the Barksdale location in Bossier City.
