U-Haul Moving & Storage at Beal Pkwy

One of the best customers service experiences I had in a while from U Haul representative at front desk, Lilli. She was very patient and helpful in explaining the options and it was a breeze to schedule with her assistance.

The crew here George, Jocelyn, and Brandon all came through when I had to come down to Florida and help move my brother at the last minute. They were able to source and install a brand new tow Hitch on my Kia Carnival (of all vehicles) with a trailer and have me out the door in bout 1.5-2 hours. George even had to run to another store to get the hitch. Although the morning was quiet this team went out of their way to see that we had what we needed. Thank you guys!
