U-Haul Moving & Storage at Belair Rd

Never able to get propane service. I was told by the manager that the certified person had just left. I was told by another employee that they don't have anyone certified employed at that location.

My belongings were all ruined by rodents, chewed through my furniture and made nests inside. Droppings all over everything! A lot of my stuff is actually missing as well. Do not store your valuable possessions here!

The manager at this U-Haul location, Ashleigh, was extremely helpful, kind, and professional. We had a complicated issue that we asked for help with and she patiently and knowledgeably worked with us to resolve it. I couldn't ask for a better experience, she is a valuable employee!

Had a very positive experience with the Belair Rd. U-haul Location. The store manager Antonio is very knowledgeable and attentive even with the stressful environment dealing with vehicles and customers. I highly recommend this location for rental of their vehicles. He also surprised me by how he was able to maneuver a 26ft truck and 15ft trailer in the small parking lot. 5 FIVE STARS for this location.
