U-Haul Moving & Storage at Big Bend Road

We had a great experience with U-Haul during a stressful move. Moving my parents out of our childhood home, my dad lost the key to a fully packed truck. After a long night of searching and ultimately having to clip the back padlock, we ended up extending our rental by a few days and calling a locksmith. Justin was very understanding and gracious when we returned the truck. His kindness and empathy for my dad, who was exhausted and a little embarrassed, really made a tough situation much easier to handle. Thank you Justin!
