U-Haul Moving & Storage at Black Rock

I was shocked at how rude the staff was. I’ve rented UHauls before but I think the cherry on top was the threatening tone the woman at the counter took when she told us that if we put a single scratch on the car, we have to pay. I’m ok with paying and taking care of the equipment that I rent, but yikes, I didn’t expect to be treated so horribly when I haven’t done anything wrong. Just come prepared if you plan on doing business at this location.

I have rented first a truck and then a van this past month. Reserving online was quick and easy. On both occasions, the staff was friendly and professional. They explained all the charges thoroughly. Both vehicles were clean and well maintained. I highly recommend renting from them.
