Vehicle broke down on the side of the highway and staff was rude and unhelpful.

I love this location. Front service desk lady was super friendly. When I returned my trailer, the guy that checked me in was very prompt and professional, I didn’t even have to get out of my vehicle, he unhooked me, put trailer away, and told me he would check me in, I was good to go. Great service! I e never had any issues with this location. And I use them all the time. 5 stars!

Even though mine was a last minute rental, the service was quick.

I always make sure to reserve from 8671 Central Ave this location has the best team of people working for them they are all very friendly welcoming and always go above and beyond to help make the rental process go as smoothly as possible. I always go to this location and they even great me by my name. They go above and beyond for their customers. The store is always clean and organized.I've been using the same location for at least two years now and I always make sure to use them when the equipment is available.
