U-Haul Moving & Storage at Columbus Rd

The truck was fine but when I returned it they put the gas down wrong and charged me for it. I put the gas back where it was on the gage.

i was very disappointed when i made a reservation and didn't have the truck i ordered for the day i needed it i had a Reservation for noon and didn't get into a truck not until after 4pm that day and had to work the next day needless to say i had to call off work and told one i wouldn't have to turn the keys in until 4 the following day which they lied needed to have it back by 1pm since someone already rented the truck for the next day they were very rude and not understanding how i was feeling already stress enough from moving

Got the U-Haul with less than a quarter tank of gas. The dolly I order wasn’t on the truck. The truck was noisy and needs mechanical work. Wouldn’t shift properly.
