Iam truly appalled!!! The GM is not honest! Had reservations and went to pick up and truck wasn’t there. The prior renter had not returned saying they didn’t have lock box so they didn’t bring. I waited patiently for 2 hours. I allowed people to go in front of me due to him being stressed because others rentals were messed up. He stated thank you for your patience and understanding and he would modify mileage I asked him are you sure twice but it was a lie because on last night my card was charged. Called this morning and did not honor and went as to tell me he couldn’t have told me that. Be aware to make sure you don’t get double charged. And be mindful you can make reservation for there and your rental might not be there.

I'd slways believed in & used uhaul my life as an adult To help relieve the stress of moving. NOT ANYMORE! ???
I was just now on hold with uhaul, then it answered with no one on the line & hung up on me.
Nevermind that I'd recieved a text for one city then another for another city, when I tried to call being no dates were with the text, I'd called to confirm to be rudely addressed to the point I was compelled to hang up.
When I went to get what Id reserved, it showed a 15 ft when I asked for a 10 it showed a 3:30 pick up while my text Said 1:30 I let the attending Mgr see these texts she apologized & quickly got what I needed tho forcing me to go to ANOTHER city.
When I got there while running on a tight schedule it took over an hour + & there wasn't the blankets or the dolly I needed.
All of this ate into the time of PAID help making for less then half my load, loaded & I'm currently 4 days away from returning the truck while not having left the state & now trying to make things directly clear to uhaul while being met with seriously inadequate automated response that also hangs up on you cause GAWD FORBID A ACTUAL BEING BE GENUINE OR RESPONSIBLE ABOUT THIS LEVEL OF DISORGANIZATION & UNPROFESSIONALISM! I'll never count on uhsul again being the amount of money & losses all this created you are now deemed unreliable to me.
