Wow, what happened to this location? I've been renting trailers for years from this place, and never had any issues whatsoever... until today. I got there at my reservation time, they didn't have my trailer and refused to honor the $50 reservation fee guarantee. The manager was struggling.

No complaints from me. All issues that came up were dealt with promptly. I would go back here to rent a truck. This is already my second time and it went off without a hitch.
