Refused to cash me out for 1 simple mattress storage bag, excuse 'he's too busy'. Trash service

Joseph, the General Manger, was able to diagnose and fix a problem with my car not sending brake lights/turn signals to my personal trailer. He did it quickly and professionally, when the Dealership, Mazda, did not diagnose correctly. It ended up being a fuse that he replaced free of charge! I will certainly use U Haul in the future for any hauling needs.

Saturday afternoon 3:30 pm.
I arrive and was passed over twice by the two unprofessional attendants.
They rudely ask if I was paying card or cash . When I said cash the guy said we can’t accept cash. Do you want this or not was his response.
I rent trailer a few times a year but I will never use this location.
What ever happen to first come first served.

Marcus and Antonio are the nicest and most professional staff I have ever dealt with. I want to congratulate Uhaul on Ed Carry for an outstanding staff. I will definitely recommend this location to all my friends and family. Keep up the good work guys ! I hope your manager sees my review .

Nice man pumped propane for us. They have the best price for propane in the Valley.
