U-Haul Moving & Storage at El Paseo

After I get my stuff out of storage I will NEVER use your company again. Trying to overcharge on late fees and start charging my debit card automatically WITHOUT my permission. Thank God for Joseph at this location. My bill was paid today 1-31-2025 including a late fee, yet Ed Ramirez felt the need to send 3 harassing emails after the fact of payment being received. There is a serious problem with this entire corporation. Tracking vehicle and trying to play games with customers in New Mexico and Arizona not to smart.

Customer service was on point. Awesome location. They had everything that I need. Haven't tried their storage yet but it looks amazing. Being able to come here and rent when I need to is awesome and they always answer the phone and are quick with the customer service

This u-hal is always a disappointment.

We have used this place multiple times to rent storage and trailers. Today will be the last. They are consistently rude and unprofessional. They act as though you are bothering them by giving them your business. Go elsewhere.

A better than good 1st experience at this location; returned equipment & rented a storage unit.

Edit: 02/06/2025 was assisted by a new manager, Trevor. He was more than helpful , & did not hesitate to get dirty in order to lend a helpful hand.
