My customer service/ rental staff agent’s name was Luz. She had experienced a very busy morning and because there was some kind of mishap at the location she had to handle all the clients by herself.
I thought she was very friendly, professional and helpful.
I had rented a cargo van for a few hours and had a bit of a tight spot to get out of the space. As I surely did not want to bump anything, I flagged down another member of the team and she got Luz to come out and get me out of the spot ( which she was very skilled at, mind you) and onto the road. Knowing that she was super busy already, I really appreciated it.
