U-Haul Moving & Storage at Fort Drum

Horrible experience! If you have online banking, I do not recommend U-Haul! My personal experience customer service do not provide the correct communication and after driving three hours to go pick up our moving truck! Just to come to find out that we need to place another hundred dollar deposit we do not have! Then drove back home three hours With nothing.

Service was just amazing.

This U Haul location is great for soldiers stationed at Fort Drum, NY. It allows them to store or move their goods with ease.
