The truck was fine, but everything else regarding scheduling and pickup was a total mess. I was prompted multiple times to upload my DL prior to pickup, which I did twice with confirmation. Nevertheless when I arrived at the pickup location, the lady asked me to once again to upload my DL. When I scheduled the truck, the representative told me it was 'unlimited miles for the day at $105,' but when I picked it up it was $114 and they charged me an additional $16 at drop off because I was a 'few miles over.' The Uhaul app is also a joke. They texted me two different pickup locations prior to pickup, so the morning of I had to call to confirm the correct pickup location. Lastly, I called several times that I wanted to drop it off in Pomona, but they could never confirm it. I even asked the representative at the pickup location to indicate Pomona but she couldn't do it. She even showed me on her phone it kept giving her an error and showing a drop off location in Upland, so she directed me to call which I did and the rep told me to 'drop it off anywhere.' WTH people. Uhaul is a hot mess.

I walked in the door literally 2 hours before they closed. I needed a truck for literally a couple hours at the most they hurried me through they got me a vehicle and appliance dolly and send me on my way. They were quick they were extremely helpful and I got the truck back by 4:30 they checked me in quickly and did everything they said they were going to as far as pricing and being helpful. Everyone was a rockstar there thank you very much

Highly recommend this location! Had a minor issue with a fuel discrepancy (was told incorrect information at the location I picked up the 20ft box truck) but I dropped it off at this location and opened a claim online and received an immediate response from Mr David Sahagun and he helped me take care of everything.

Highly recommend and will rent from this location again!
