Everyone was super nice and efficient

I had a long distance move lately and rented a truck during a storm. There were some issues but the management (owners) really showed integrity and stepped up. Sometimes things happen but how they are addressed is what matters and Uhaul went over and above my expectations. I'll definitely tell everyone to use them for their moving needs.

My wife and I had a great experience with this U-Haul location. Jene set us up on Saturday morning with a 1-day rental; but late in the day, we decided that we needed the truck Sunday morning; so I simply called Jene and they added another rental day. We returned it Sunday afternoon and the man quickly inspected it; and Jene gave us the printout and we were on our way. We had an awesome experience. Thanks! Dan & Shaunda
