I see a lot of unhappy customers here, but I can personally say that a little kindness and courtesy goes a long way. I was at this facility July 31st, 2024, and saw multiple patrons speaking horribly to the staff. When it was my turn, I was respectful and Taylor took the best care of my moving situation. She and the team are all wonderful, and I'm sure they aren't getting paid enough for doing such taxing work and dealing with difficult customers. If their manager is reading this, please commend your staff for outstanding work in a challenging environment.

My belongings were inside of a ground level storage unit less a month and were infested with spiders and ants.

Renting was really straight forward and the turn in was easy and quick.
