It was clean and it runs very well

I rented a 26 foot truck for one day.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, I needed the truck for an extra day. Upon returning the truck, I was told that because I was 1 hour late, I would be charged for an additional day.
It had already been a terrible experience with my move and upon asking for a little leinincy,
I was told that I would have to speak to the manager. The manager was on vacation!!
I completely understand paying for 1 additional day, but a 3rd day for being 1 hour late???

First and last time for delivery,bed management with worse and rude employees

Awesome crew. At this time the computers were down but, the staff was very professional and handled the matter with efficacy.

Customer service was excellent both ladies working March 2, 2024, went above and beyond to help the customers. And in today’s time you rarely find employees that are pleasant. I would definitely recommend.
