U-Haul Moving & Storage at Genesee

When I walked in they were arguing with a customer they over charged for damages she said she didn’t do I rented a truck anyway because I didn’t know the truth. It wasn’t my business but when I returned my truck, they overcharged me $800 for damages. I didn’t do when I called to talk about it, They kept hanging up. I had to call other locations to get info on who I can reach out to the claims department emailed me pictures and thank god I had proof the damage was always there I eventually got my money back but trust me they will try you and they will try to convince you there’s nothing you can do I forgot the other Location I called that helped me Or I would give them a shout out, but the genesee location needs to get bulldozered

Recommend not using the U-Haul rentals at this location.

Gas cap missing,engine light was on,windshield Visor was broken and kept falling down tire sensor was on lousy equipment.
