U-Haul Moving & Storage at Genesee

They charged me for 2 days when I only had the trailer rental for 3hrs ( returned before they closed). I called the location on a Friday and a guy said he'd have the manager fix it. It wasn't fixed and never received a response. I sent a message through U-Haul customer service about it and never received a call. Very disorganized. Find another location.

I didn't use it personally but when I went to see it it seemed like the service was lackluster they had quite the fleet of U-Hauls available on site but it's also very far to get to so yeah most of your units are outside weather permitting decent size units if you pay the money up front

Worst experience ever! After this I don’t recommend u-haul at all unless is the last option. No costumer care, no fks given, rude and unprofessional. Don’t even follow their own company policies… an embarrassment! If I could give 0 stars I would… app doesn’t even work. Be aware of extra charges, they won’t mention it but easily charged. I would never use U-haul again unless is the last option on earth!
