Overall it was okay booking the unit. It’s always a line and you always have to stand and wait. They’ll hound you about rent but once you pay it. You’ll have to ask them to take the lock off. The manager made a comment that if I paid my rent on time it wouldn’t have a lock. Considering I pay late fees included. Online says 24 hours access. However when you go you cannot get in past 7:30p and the managers reason is “the area” they are in is why it’s not 24 hours. Which is why I moved my stuff to another storage. So that’s contradicting and you still have to pay the full price for the unit. Overall everyone else was okay. They need air in those areas or a fan. It’s 95 degrees outside and inside. No I’d never rent another unit with uhaul. Especially with this management there. I switched to a different one that’s bigger and cheaper and I still get the same thing as I got with uhaul.
Truck was not in good shape during use. One Headlight bulb wasn’t working. Highly recommend people go to another U-Haul. This place is unprofessional and no one knows what they are doing.
Understaffed and not prepared for influx of customers during peak hours. Booked online and attempted to check in but still had to wait over an hour. Reservation was for 10a. Arrived at 9:45a, still not receive a truck until 11a and once I did get a truck it had to be changed. I was unable to return using the app. App attempted to charge me for over 100k miles. Once I did return the truck I did not receive a final copy of my contract with changes. When I checked my bank account I was charged double.
