5 minutes from closing, the staff will not let us pick up our reserved vehicle. The woman there turned off the lights on us and shoved us to go. She said, that they are literally closed by 5pm. We were treated rudely as that woman was running her mouth on us non stop.

Always extremely Wait times, poor service! All these people walking around that work here sweeping the ground, but nobody can get the propane I guess. You never know if the buzzer is working.

How could it be easier? It couldn't. I drive to the drop off bay. The agent looks at the mileage, completes whatever data processing she does in less than 2 minutes, and I'm off. The receipt is in my email.

The check out process was easy. The customer service I received from Feliza was top tier. I would definitely recommend this Uhaul facility to others and tell them to have Feliza help them out with all of their Uhaul needs. She is very knowledgeable and her customer service was excellent!
