U-Haul Moving & Storage at Holiday Park

Incredibly rude and unprofessional manager. We booked a truck for 2 days about a week prior to when we needed it. Upon arriving, the manager carelessly tells us they 'don't book rentals for more than 1 day'. He did not care we had a signed contract. Clearly he overbooked himself and wanted to point the blame elsewhere. We ended up returning the truck after 30 hours. Come to find out, we were charged nearly $400 (about double what were expecting for 2 full days). I'm incredibly disturbing and now have to take the time to dispute these charges.

The guys were super cool and always willing to help, they definitely went the extra mile with us and helped with the reservation process & schedule.

The owner was patient and kind.

He was very helpful, and I saw he got so many calls, and people just kept forgetting he was only human. It was a busy time of the year, what do people expect. He was very helpful and went over and beyond for us. So I recommend this place for others.
