U-Haul Moving & Storage at Holiday Park

I was very disappointed when I made online reservations to pick up my uhaul and when i got to this usual pickup center the man at the counter asked me for my credit card when I had already paid for my reservation and they are unable to take tap/google/apple pay. None of this was stated on the website when I placed my pickup and i’ve never experienced this while picking up my uhaul as i have many times. I was unable to pick up my uhaul that i had paid for and reserved for today I left this location and called a different location when i had explained to them what happen the nice man on the phone told me that the man was trying to uncharge me without my knowledge needless to say my whole day was set back from this and I would not recommend anyone go to this location and if you do don’t let them try to overcharge you

I understand people having a bad day. But it seems like this manager Mike is on a high horse and needs to be knocked down from it. Very rude with customers,unprofessional and his breath stunk something fears. Now Don...he's amazing and very polite. Reading others reviews. There's a pattern here that needs to be addressed with this mike guy. Avoid him at all cost and go directly to Don
