U-Haul Moving & Storage at Holiday Park

I rented a U-haul trailer at another location and there was a problem that Michael very kindly fixed. He did not want me to drive the trailer the way it was for fear of my safety! I felt very cared for as someone new to towing.

Need to hire Dave back he was a great guy knew how to run the store knew how to be nice

Mike the manager was incredibly rude and had no idea how long a trailer hitch takes to be installed. He told me 2 hours and it took 5.5 hours. Don the technician was awesome though. I would not recommend this store as the manager is not a professional at all.

Customer service at this location is always top notch. Have rented here probably a dozen times and the employees are always efficient and accommodating.

Awesome U-Haul, great prices, and a great team. Keep up the good work gentlemen.
