U-Haul Moving & Storage at Holland Rd

Kristina was great and I am so thankful for her help. She made the process smooth and was very articulate. I know if I would have had any issues (which I didn't!) that she would have helped in an instant. Her warm personality made what could have been a stressful day a breeze. The uhaul was clean, gassed up, and ready for use. She even helped me line up the mirrors to ensure I had a safe trip! Above and beyond care, truly. Thank you.

Service was good. However, initially I thought that my service had been made at a different location than Holland Rd in Suffolk. Thank goodness for the 1-800 customer service phone number when I had questions about my online registration for service because I was unable to communicate by phone directly to anyone in customer service locations to receive a call back. I originally went to location off Constance Road in Suffolk where I had requested for a truck for pickup but discovered that my customer service call to the 1-800 number had made arrangement for U-Haul truck pickup on Holland Road. Holland Road had a complete U-Haul service center that had everything that we needed to make our deliveries. I would only go to an all service center like the one on Holland Road in the future.
