U-Haul Moving & Storage at Holland Rd

Not very helpful at all, piss poor customer service, the manager was helpful as he could be. Over all, do better, quit, lower fees or give customer service!!!

I selected a location that was closer to my final destination for the drop off and mid move I received a text to drop off the trailer at a location that was further away. Once we dropped the trailer off at the location that the text from uhaul instructed us to I was charged an additional $45 for additional miles. Why uhaul? I would have never drove to that location racking up miles but you had me think that I had too. So unprofessional and trashy.

Available rental trucks with lots of inventory

The service I received was excellent. They were friendly and went above and beyond to made sure I had the best service. I will definitely be going back to this location next time I need to rent a trailer or needing moving supplies. Keel up the great work.

The end process of checking in on the app was not good. The app went out as I was trying to take the pictures of the trailer. Could not get it back. I hope that I will not be charged with extra due to the app cutting out.
