U-Haul Moving & Storage at Holt Ave

These folks are great. I use this location almost always; the only times I have not is due to not having the rental I need, which is rarely.

The pick up and drop off process was ease. The attendant was very helpful in helping me overcome a challenge in the rental process. The van was relatively new and ran very well. I wish the location had parking when leaving my car. I had to park on the street. It was fairly easy to find a spot. I appreciated their flexibility and assistance. I would use them again.

David was friendly and provided excellent customer service. We appreciated how nice and helpful he was, given that it was a holiday and he was the only one there. We needed a truck last minute and luckily were able to reserve it the morning of. We would definitely come back to this location and work with David again!
