Convenient, friendly, just needs to hire someone to clean the equipment

The truck i picked ip at the location was in a terrible state of repair. The vehicle felt unsafe from the onset of me driving it. The truck felt unsafe from the moment i drove off. I was fearful for my safety. I was forced to call road size hazard 5 minutes into my drive. A uhaul dispatched mechanic deemed the truck unsafe and deadlines the vehicle. A uhaul employee asked me to take the vehicle to have the tires changed. I refused. Eventually i was authorized to pick up another vehicle. Uhaul sent an uber to take me to a u haul store to pick up a new vehicle. The Uhaul employee failed to make a reservation for me to pick up the new vehicle. This forced the manager to scramble to call and straighten out the situation. My original reservation was for a 20’ truck. I was compensated with a bigger 26’ truck. All this took place over a 6 hour period.

Upon calling a georgia location to change my turn in location from Cordele Ga to Snellville Ga employee informed me that i would incur a $1000 change fee.

Other than the manager in San Antonio I felt no since of urgency or care for my ordel. Not sure if i’d ever use uhaul again
