When returning the trailer, the man greeted me in the parking lot and knew my name, which meant a great deal to me in this mess of a world we live in.

Review:

Nice people. The guy hooking up the trailer I rented was very helpful. When the trailer lights were not working he checked the fuse box on the truck and replaced the fuse for me to solve the problem.

Employees were not real friendly nor able to answer any questions I had in regards to my rental. Seemed as if I was bothering them when asking questions and was also communicating w someone ( unsure if it was personal or business) while dealing w my return and I didn't have their full attention when I needed answers to my question
