As soon as I walked in one guys was passed out on the desk, another guy was on his phone in the corner by the window, the girl at the computer had zero personality and was pretty rude. They didn’t have the furniture dolly I reserved, she didn’t even attempt to upsell me one, saw it on my own towards the end of the sale and bought it but she did act like it was a problem. They were rude af. The truck itself, gas light came on not even 5 min on the trip, and the transmission sounds like it’s about to go out. It wasn’t shifting properly. I would personally drop the hammer on that place. Those people clearly have no interest in work. I hope it gets better.

Made an online reservation with ID and when I arrived for pickup of a pickup for one day use was told because I had a Texas ID I could not lease a truck because only local residents could rent the trucks for in-city use?????? I leased an SUV from Enterprise on the following morning but I wanted to be sure to document my experience with this location!

There was no inventory and I had to get a smaller truck than I actually needed. It smelled like cigarettes in the cab and I had to add a quart of oil the truck leaked so bad. The truck has no cruise control making the “Eco Meter” is useless as well as making the long trip miserable.
