Neat! Organized! And knowledgeable!

This place needs lots of improvement. First off it's hot as hell in there: 75 degrees inside with customers sweating profusely while they wait is unacceptable. Secondly the customer service needs work: the customer should be included with the inspection of the truck and at least a 1/4 tank of gas upon arrival. Then explain to your customers proper use of the vehicle (not everyone may know) vs just saying there's your truck and walking off. Lastly, get fully operational equipment: within 5 minutes of driving off the lot my truck shook/jersey and wouldn't drive pass 40. I had to putt putt back to the building. Then the second truck 1/2 worked as well doing the damn thing. I just dealt with it since I was already set back. Overall Horrible experience!

Nice service but I knew I was not going crazy when I saw roaches on 1 of the trucks he gave me ....smhh me and me husband saw bout 20 roaches out of no where just nasty ...better start checking the back of they trucks u will be taking roaches in ur crib..I normally do do no reviews but these business nee to be put on the spot ...wish I would have took pics

Most staff nice but short staffed so long wait . Hours 24 online, yet their business hours are different posted on door. After hours you can't get in your bend they have their additional lock on it even if your payments are up to date.
During open hours you have to leave your driver's license with them to get their key for their lock on your bend which makes identity theft easy.
