They had terrible service and the people at the front seem like they don’t wanna work and one of them was speaking to me with ghetto accent, I hope the management can be more professional or hire people that willing to work in this position. Thank you.

Great service, price, and availability. I rented the 5x9 utility trailer for 24 hrs. @ $18. The staff helped me attach/detach. I just showed up and they did the rest. I will definitely be returning here for more hauls.

I placed reservation online at 4:00 P December 11 to only be turned away for my business due to this location only allowing rentals of only a box truck or an auto-transport tow. They do not allow both at the same time due to 'rampant theft'. As a customer looking to give this brand repeat business that is unfortunately not my problem. However the Kanis location made it my problem to interrupt my moving plans for that day. If I would have known that was a rule with ALL central Arkansas locations I would never placed a reservation to begin with. Not only my time was wasted but my resources to even make time to be there.

A rule like that easily gives business to competitors.

Horrible staff and the 'equipment dispersal' is a joke/scam. 10/10 do not recommend Uhaul at all!
