Staff was very knowledgeable and patient with me I suggest checking in from app and have all your insurance info available whenever you arrive. This was a last minute option for me and they got me taken care of without any problems. Please let your guys know that their customer service was outstanding.
Horrible Experience from the start- Gave us a truck that broke down 3 minutes down the road. When we called to inform the guy who subbed us the truck; he told us there was nothing they could do and to call customer service and hung up.
The guy at the front desk was rude and not knowledgeable about the rental.
Do not recommend to anyone.
Had an absolute billing nightmare where I was initially expected to pay more than double the initial costs for everything after I returned the U-Haul truck, but it was a system error. The folks at this store spent a long time getting the billing right and got it all cleared up for me. Bless them!
First of all, the U-Haul app is garbage. The web site and the phone system push you to the app. I could not finish reservation with the app. The app kept jumping back to enter your DL. Over and over. Gave up and went to the counter. There was another gentleman in line who was having the same issues.
One I went to the counter, everything went fine. The staff was polite and professional. The app failures were an ongoing issue and they knew how to pick up and finish the process. Moving is always stressful. The app did not help. Kudos to the staff for getting us back on track.
When we dropped off truck after hours there were again issues with the app. It wanted me to pay again. Had to try multiple times to complete drop off as it kept insisting I pay. I paid at the counter.
