Under new management. I refuse to use this location again after 10 years of using this location 3 times per year for a minimum of 3 days each use. $300 to $400 each use. Very condescending and refuse to adjust my charge with a faulty lock. I am 73 and had to demand the truck was retrieve from its parking location. Refuse my loyalty milage discount i received for being a loyal repeat ANNUAL CUSTOMER previous years. never again. I am done with this location.

Mike is the man! Excellent customer service. I will go out of my way to use this store from now on. Mike gave me the best deal in town. Solved the scheduling issue with corporate and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Use these guys, you wont be disappointed.

Except for the manager, most of the employees working in this location doesn't now much about how their equipment works and couldn't explain it well to their customers! I need to bring someone with me who knows how the U-Haul truck equipment works especially the auto trailer! The employee could not even guide me properly so that the vehicle could be loaded evenly!

The employees at the La Habra UHaul are amazing. I have been renting from them for over 35 years. They go above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met and you have a great experience. Every time I go in I am greeted with a very kind Hello. They make sure even if they are very busy to say they will be with you soon. I would recommend them very much.
