I have a drop off in Sunwest city Arizona I highly recommend this location for pick up for drop off for rental for storage location 10 stars I am so happy they relieved me so much anxiety and worry

The staff is great and the process is quick.

Made a reservation for a 24hour rental and because I was 2 hours late to pick up they gave my rental away to someone who had no reservation. Alex and Steven were both rude. Alex said he had another truck he could rent me until 4pm (full 24 hr charge) but he 'didn't trust me '. Wow that's great customer service. What's the point of making reservation and uhual taking your credit card?
