Everything was great. The staff at this location was very chill, but extremely efficient and knew their job very well. They explained all the details of the rental in a very clear manner. Great experience overall.

can I rate this place less than 1 star? I rented a truck here drove 4miles to my storage and 4 miles back to return the truck after putting $10 in the tank which would fulfilled the refill policy. to find out they marked the tank full on my agreement and forced me to completely fill the tank which was next to empty. I even pointed out the 8miles added on the odometer. they are crooks be very careful inspecting you agreement with them.

The advertised price is very deceiving. I rented a truck for 29.00. They charged 1.39 for the mileage. Came out to $197.00. Also, very concerning the whole time we drove the truck it made loud noise, everytime you pressed on the gas. Told the rep. she didn't care. Should have received a discount for putting us in an unsafe vehicle.
