Very efficient and courteous staff. The truck return was quick and professional. I was also assisted with renting a storage unit from out of state and this was done efficiently and courteously.

had a van rented for 5hrs. picked it up at 2 and by 3:30 i had to take it back. Couldnt even finish our move because the van smelled like pure cow manure. was over 80 degrees out had to drive with windows open couldnt use ac because of smell. get back to Uhaul and let guy know about the smell he walks close to the van didnt even open the doors and said oh yeah i smell it. i explained to him i couldnt even finish the move because of the smell, all he said was 'trust me we've gotten vehicles back smelling worse'. I just dont understand how they can rent them smelling like that. Then he says oh and you got our newest van. That doesnt help me. Lesson learned if renting from here 'thoroughly' check the vehicle front and back first.
