U-Haul Moving & Storage at Lynnview

Easy process online and in person. Truck was clean and up to date.

We rented a U haul through them and had the worst experience with ever! The woman on the phone who spoke to my husband was extremely rude and I could hear her talking about us as she thought she hung the phone up. They double charged his card regardless when he explained that we had so many issues getting my car back home. I do not recommend them for services especially the woman at the front desk or whoever is answering the phones.

Elevator was broken and staff were quick to get me reaccomidated to the first floor so I could unload.
