Everything was smooth and simple! The only discrepancy was the lack of a dolly that I paid seven dollars for but didn’t receive even after I contacted U-Haul, but it was on a Sunday and I couldn’t find an open location that had one. Therefore, I refuse to pay for the 3 miles they said I went over my 30 mile ETA. Now we’re even and other than that I had a smooth, easy experience! If I would’ve received the dolly, they would’ve definitely got five stars from me!
